Is the merchandise new? Do you sell refurbished items? All merchandise is new and factory fresh. We do not sell refurbished or used merchandise.

How do I return merchandise? What is your return policy?

Within 30 days, Satisfaction guaranteed on all merchandise within 30 days from the date shipped (Holiday purchases made between Nov. thru Dec., returns are extended to Jan. 31). If you would like to return merchandise, please read our Return Policy.

After 30 days, Most manufacturers offer a warranty for there products from 1 year to lifetime. Please consult the manufacturer warranty information that was included with your merchandise.
