Did you get my order? After submitting you order you will see a printable onscreen "Thank You" confirmation page with your invoice number and order details. If this screen was displayed, then yes we got your order. If you did not get an email with your order confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order, no need to worry. It is possible that you entered an incorrect email address when placing your order or you may have email blocking (spam) software installed.
I made a mistake on my order? If you have made a error on your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Errors must be handled by 12 noon eastern. After this time, your order will more than likely have already been shipped.
How much is my shipping? Shipping choices and rates are can be calculated for every item on our site, just add a item or items to the cart and then click on the link named "Estimate Shipping Rates" below your cart content. Add your state and zipcode and then click calculate. Shipping choices are also editable in the checkout process.
An item is missing from my shipment. If you find that your shipment is missing a item or items, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving your shipment.
