Has my order shipped? If you received a email confirmation after placing your order and have not yet received an order completion by email or tracking number by UPS, then your order more than likely has not been shipped. Please contact us using our customer support form.

How do I track my order? Tracking number are sent 24-48 hours by UPS after your order has been shipped. First, please verify that you received a email confirmation after placing your order. If you did NOT receive order notification, more than likely your email was entered incorrectly when placing your order or you may have spam software installed to prevent unauthorized emails. If this is the case you will not receive any email notifications. If you did receive order notification, your order has not been shipped. Please contact us using our customer support form.

My order never arrived. If you received tracking information, verified the shipment is no longer in transit and have not received your order. The following possibilities could be... The package was lost, stolen, delivered to your neighbor, delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect address on your order or error on behalf of the carrier, you live in a condo, suite or apartment and the package is in the main office. In any case, please contact us using our customer support form so we can have UPS proceed with a investigation (tracer) on the package. This investigation could take 7-10 business days. When we verify the results from UPS you will be contacted by us with your or our options.

 When will my backorder arrive? Backordered items are products that are out of stock. But as soon as the product becomes available, we will be able to ship the merchandise to you the same day we receive it.

When will my order ship? Orders received before 2:00 PM eastern will usually be shipped the same working day or next working day if placed on a weekend or major holiday. Holiday Rush - To treat all of are customers fairly, orders are processed in order received. Although every effort is made to prioritize air shipments, we cannot guarantee same or next business day shipping during the busy holiday season. (Nov.-Jan.) Please note: Air shipments on this site are a method of faster delivery by UPS once your order has left our doors. This is not our service.
