Do you offer quantity discounts? Yes, we do. Usually 6 items or more on certain items. Please contact us via phone or email.

Can you bill us or have terms? Sorry, not at this time. We only accept major credit cards.

Do I have to pay sales tax? You only have to pay sales tax (8%) if your billing is located in New York, which is the same state as our warehouse.

I need a copy of my receipt or invoice. Go to the "Contact Us" page and request by email that you need a copy of your receipt or log into your account, if you created one and print your invoice from there.

When will my credit appear on my account? Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
